Finders Keepers

I hear my Abba’s still, small voice:

“Oh, My beloved children, who ever told you that I am holding out on you? Or that I am hiding from you? Whoever told you that has told you a lie.

“The truth is this, beloved, I am hidden FOR you—not hidden FROM you. Let this truth sink in and saturate your soul. Let it saturate your mind, and you’ll see that you’ve so often believed something entirely contrary to My kind intent for you. Let it saturate your will, and you’ll sense a shift in your willingness to follow Me as you realize that I am truly for you and not against you. Let it saturate your emotions, and you’ll find yourself released into joy, strength, and laughter. Yes, beloved, I am still the Restorer of your soul—if you so choose.

“When I instruct you in My Word to seek Me, do I not also promise that you’ll find Me when you seek for Me with all your heart? I do. Search My Word and you’ll find those promises that are hidden for you. The choice of whether to seek Me as for hidden treasure is yours, beloved. Your willingness to participate in this treasure hunt determines your outcome. Hear Me again: what I have hidden for you to find is not hidden from you. You only need to seek and search and participate.

“When you seek to know Me, you’ll find My wisdom and My strength. When you seek for Me earnestly, you’ll find that I am more than enough to supply all that you need in whatever moment you find yourself. When you choose to delight yourself in Me, which causes you to seek Me joyfully and with anticipation, you will find Me eager to give you the desires of your heart. When you hear Me speaking to you in the place where you find Me, that is the moment your fears fall away and you are delivered from their power over you. When you believe that the search you are on to find Me is worth the effort, then you’ll know that your security is in Me forever. When your search prompts you to call out My Name, then you’ll find that I am already nearer than you ever thought possible.

“Listen to your heart, beloved, and you’ll hear Me calling out again, ‘Seek Me and live!’ My voice still calls out to you, even in those times when you’re not interested in finding Me. I am calling, calling, always calling, ‘Here I am! Here I am! Come to Me.’

“Beloved, untold blessings await those who follow after Jesus Christ and seek Him with all their heart. Believe Me when I say they will lack nothing, for I am still a God who rewards those who diligently seek Me.

“Yes, there are untold hidden things that belong to Me, but the things that are revealed belong to you and also to your children forever, that you may be and do and become and have all that I desire for you. I am your Abba. The treasures that I have hidden for you are yours to be found in Me. Those who truly seek will find. Those who find will keep all that they have found in Me. Forever.”
